Set the zoom adjustment knob a for the lowest magnification and
rotate the focus adjustment knob b to bring the specimen into
approximate focus.
Rotate the zoom adjustment knob a to the target magnification
and rotate the focus adjustment knob b to bring the specimen into
accurate focus.
When the optional AS unit (SZX-AS) is used, the contrast of
image and the focal depth of specimen can be adjusted with
the aperture iris diaphragm lever.
