5.4 Inspection of IR playback function

MAJ-2307 INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Ch.5

Confirm that IR playback function works properly.

NOTE

The IR playback function can be used by setting the video recorder to auto
playback mode.
For details on the IR playback function, contact Olympus.



Inspecting the cable connection



Display of WLI image (still image)

Confirm that the WLI image (still image) is displayed on the sub-screen of the observation
monitor during IR imaging.

5.4

Inspection of IR playback function

Confirm that the cables connected to the surgical microscope, video recorder and
observation monitor are properly connected according to Section 3.4, “Connection of
video recorder”.

Set the filter selector knob to “IR”.

When operating the filter selector knob immediately after the operation of the
microscope section, the WLI image (still image) may be blurred.
