Taking Still Pictures

Taking Pictures Using the Viewfinder

Half-press

1

Compose the picture inside
the viewfinder.

2

Press the shutter button
halfway down until the green
lamp next to the viewfinder
lights up (half-press).

• The focus and exposure are

automatically set.

When the lamp is flashing, it
indicates that the subject is
out of focus. Press the shutter
button halfway once more to
correct the focus.

• If the surroundings are dark,

the orange lamp next to the
viewfinder may light (p.30).
