The thermostat is a safety device. It automatically closes the air inlet when the water

temperature is more than 85±3

, so that the water doesn’t get too hot. And it automati-

cally opens the air inlet to the set open position when the water temperature is lower

than 80±3

. This way the thermostat makes the water temperature not change too

much.
