As “extern request” (ext.req.) an external room ther-
mostat can be connected. Because the internal room
temperature sensor is also still connected the signal
that first switches will be taken for control. If the tar
-
get temperature is specified with the external room
thermostat, the adjustable room temperature must
be set to the maximum value (40°C) in “automatic”
operating status.
With the aid of the display you can check wheth-
er the external room thermostat has been correct-
ly connected and is taking over control of the ap-
pliance. When adjusting the room temperature on
the room thermostat above or below the actual room
temperature, “on” or “off” must be shown in the dis-
play.
If an external component is not connected, the dis-
play always shows “on”.

The actual status of the GSM module (accessory)
will be displayed:
- n.c.: The GSM module is not plugged in and is
viewed as “not connected”.
- Init: The GSM module has been detected and is in-
itialised.
- Ok: The GSM module is operational. SMS can be
received.
- err: An error is present. Possible causes are con-
nection errors, SIM card not inserted or insuffi
-
cient credit.
