The bender should fasten the bending machine to the pole with two bolts (12x25 to the bottom
sub-plate) with the help of two workers.
The bender inserts the lever into the 50 mm x 20 mm hole in the bending machine arm.
The bender fastens the Ø500 mm bending plate (diameter "d") to the top sub-plate of the
bending machine arm with two hexagon-socket cap screws - 12 to be fastened from the top
side.
- The worker assists in bending long bars, feeds them onto the working table, collects them
after bending and puts them in the dedicated place.

The bending machine operator must not be intoxicated or ill.
The bending machine must not be greased or repaired when in operation.
The operator's clothing must be comfortable and tight-fitting.
Before starting the work, check the condition and functionality of the mechanisms and, in
particular, the bending lever arm.
When bending long bars, pay attention to the tips being bent so that no third persons are in
the vicinity.
During the operation pay attention that the bars being bent are in contact with the bending
plate all the time.
Remove the bent bar after the bending cycle is completed, i.e. once the bending machine
arm with the bending lever has returned to the original position.

The bending machine can be operated only if the working area is well lit.
The bending machine must not be used if it is not fully functional.
