1. Purpose.
GS-R manual bending machine is intended for bending round and square rebars, flat bars and
sections with round, hexagonal, spiral, square or rectangular cross section.
3. Operation of the bending machine.
When operating the bending machine, observe the sequence of the following
operations:
select blocks, arches, clamps and bending rolls and place them in the right openings of the

bending plate according to the diameter of the bar to be bent, bending radius and bending
mode;
- S-part bending; angle bending; bending of belly balusters; bending of wheels; bending of
finishing part wheel radius; twisting;

insert the bar to be bent into the bending blocks on the working table;
insert the bar to be bent between the appropriate rolls on the working table;
insert the bar to be bent between the appropriate arch and clamp on the working table;
direction of rotations (right, left).
When operating the bending machine, observe the sequence of the following operations:
select blocks, arches, wheels, rolls and clamps, and place them in the right openings of the

bending plate according to the diameter of the bar to be bent, bending radius and bending
