Cleaning the feeder 

 
The feeder normally does not need any servicing. However, from time to time it may be opportune to clean the 
filament feeder assembly to remove the residues of plastic that have accumulated during machine operation. 
  
To remove plastic dust residues, use a small brush starting from the front slot of the feeder. 
 
One fast efficient method is to use a jet of compressed air either from an air compressor or a compressed air 
canister normally used for cleaning keyboards and electronic equipment.
