6.3. Warranty exclusion items within the warranty period
When the operation procedure and safety notes, etc. for the product presented in the
present manual was not followed, the user shall not be eligible to receive the
warranty repairs. Pay more attention to the following items upon product use.

The user shall be excluded from the warranty when the product was used for other purposes than
intended, modified, or disassembled.
•
The user shall be excluded from the warranty upon damages or loss due to the user’s negligence.
- Damages due to the disassembly of, or the impact to the body

The user shall be excluded from the warranty when others than the service staff certified by
Olive Healthcare, Inc. arbitrarily conducted disassembly or repair of the device.

Upon use of the present product, genuine items supplied by the manufacturer should be used. In the
case of arbitrary modifications or changes, it is hereby announced that the user shall not be eligible
to receive paid or free-of-charge repairs and that our company shall not be responsible for the legal
problems occurring due to the arbitrary modifications or changes.
