6. Overview of warranty
6.1. Overview
It is the description of the warranty upon normal operation of the product and of the
warranty exclusion items within the warranty period.
6.2. Warranty
•
When the follow-up services are received after normal use of the product, warranty is carried out by
Olive Healthcare, Inc. for 1 year from the product purchase date.
•
When there is a request relevant to the warranty, prompt response and realization of maintenance or
exchange shall occur in principle at the headquarters of Olive Healthcare, Inc. or the place of product
installation according to the repaired parts or the processing period. (Check the status of repair)
•
Upon request for the warranty, the user should provide Olive Healthcare,Inc. with the data, video
pictures, etc. for confirmation of the product problems.
•
In all cases, the responsibility and rights for determination of the contents of the product damage and
the causes thereof shall reside in Olive Healthcare, Inc. and the determination shall be final without a
room for the changes.
•
In order for the warranty to be maintained, make sure to be familiarized with the manual since
maintenance and changes of the product should be realized according to Olive Healthcare, Inc. by
the formally designated service staff and are excluded from the warranty when the product was
used for unintended purposes or not used according to the guidelines of the present manual.
•
