At the end of printing, a dialogue box appears
in which you enter recipient(s) details.
A cover page can be added to your document.
B/ RECEIVING A FAX
Faxes are received as background tasks.
They are stored on disk and may be viewed
on the screen, printed or forwarded to ano-
ther number.
Faxes can also be received manually. See
chapter Manual fax reception.
The computer must be switched on if you
wish to receive or send faxes.

Important:
Fax manager enables fax receive and send to
be carried out as background tasks
Monitor
Monitor controls:
• Fax reception
• Fax sending
• Resubmitting faxes that have not
reached their destination.
• Receiving voice messages (telephone
answering machine).
Monitor functions can be changed by using
the Olifax application.
If the icon below appears when Olifax is
started, it means that the fax manager in
Monitor has not been loaded.
Click on this icon to load fax manager.

• manage send and receive fax log books
• view and print faxes
• configure send and receive
• prepare a message
• resubmit faxes
Olifax start up procedure
Open the OLITEC programme group.
Double click on the Olifax icon.
