Alarms on external unit display
The external unit control board has a two-digit display that shows any active alarms.
The table below shows the external unit alarms.
Error code Alarm Description
E0 EEPROM malfunction
E2 Communication error between external unit and internal unit
E3 External board communication error
E4 External unit temperature sensor faulty
E5 Compressor power voltage protection
E6 PFC module protection (only for 36K & 48K with 1 phase)
P0 Compressor head temperature protection
P1 High pressure protection
P2 Low pressure protection
P3 Compressor overcurrent protection
P4 Compressor flow temperature protection
P5 Condensation high temperature protection
P6 Module protection
P7 Evaporator high temperature protection
3.1.10 SYSTEM (fig. 41)
The System icon is used to call up the window showing the software and hardware version of the display (DU) and of the
power board (PU).
3.1.11 COUNTERS (fig. 42)
Touching the counters icon on the “Menu“ page calls up the window that shows the operating hours of the following components:
• External unit compressor
• Primary circulator
• Water filter
• DHW compressor
• DHW circulation pump
To rest a counter touch the Reset icon, a window appears requesting the Service password.
3.1.12 DATE/TIME (fig. 43)
Touching the Date/time icon on the “Menu” page calls up the window for displaying/setting the time, day, month and year
for the system.
The option is present (which can be deactivated) for automatic change between winter/summer time (Auto DST).
3.1.13 PARAMETERS (fig. 44)
Touching the Service icon on the “Menu” page (for the use of authorised technical staff only) calls up the window for displaying/
setting the parameters once the Service password has been entered.
The Up and Down arrows can be used to scroll through the list and values of 32 parameters.
To set the parameters see the table below that summarises the parameters.
