Chapter 3 Receive the shipment and set up the Printer in the final position

Loosen the two screws for each of the right 

and left fixing metal plates. 

Then slide them outward.

Tighten the two screws loosened above for 

each metal plates. 

5 

 

Remove the two metal plates and two screws 

each (total of four) at the printer rear's right 

and left as the photo shows. 

6 

 

Remove the screws fixing the developer unit. 

(Right and left) (Upper side: two screws) 

 

 

7 

With two screws each (total of four), return the right and left metal plates, removed in 

Step 5, to their original positions. 

8 

With four screws install the cover removed in Step 2 to its original position.
