Troubleshooting

Packaging for Transport.

If there is a need to transport the machine once it has been used, please
follow the re-packaging procedure provided below.

Remove the image drum unit and toner cartridge from the machine.

Place the image drum unit with toner cartridge still attached into a
(black) polyethylene plastic bag and store it in a cool place away from
direct sunlight.

Re-package the machine with the image drum unit removed.

Caution:
DO NOT ship the machine with the image drum unit installed in it
unless the machine has never been used.
