Quick Start

Print the Demo Page

1 Turn the printer on.

2 Press and hold FORM FEED/Print Demo (

) for 2

seconds.

The Demo Page prints.

Auto Mode

The printer comes set for Auto Mode, which
automatically switches between HP PCL5 and
Adobe PostScript, depending on the document being
processed. “

.AUT

” appears on the display to indicate

that Auto Mode is engaged.
