Chapter 5 ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

Adding date and time to document files

YYYY . MM . DD 11:11

The procedure for printing a document
file stored in e-Filing with the date and

time added at the bottom is as follows.

Select the box in which the desired document is stored.

Select the document and then

press [SETTINGS].

Press [TIME STAMP].

Press [LOWER] and then

[OK].

Press [PRINT] on the touch panel. Printing starts.

COPY

FAX

SCAN

e-FILING

PRINT

This operation is available only when the hard disk is installed in the equipment.
