User Name Versus Account ID

Examples of Account ID Scenarios:

Permit Only Some Clients to Print

Do not assign Account ID(s) to each and every client.
Assign Account ID(s)

only

to those clients who are permitted to

print.
All other clients will be recognized as Unregistered ID(0).
Change the settings (limits) so Unregistered ID clients

are not

allowed to print.
