Using DIAG tool: Does the MOTOR ASSY OCT rotate?
(Check by the rotating sound of the motor.)
Check using Chapter 2 Diagnostic [OCT Motor Test].
Go to step 4.

Not using DIAG tool: Replace MOTOR ASSY OCT.
