4.4.4.2 Stroke Feedback Device

 

 

The Stroke Feedback Device information is displayed in both a bar graph and numerical form. 
The Feedback Device is determined by  menu item 800 located in the Pump Controller Form. 
Typically for pumps, Analog Input 4 (LVDT) is selected. 

 

4.4.4.3 Adjustment Mode

 

 

The Pump Controller Adjust Mode is a special operation mode in which an Adjust Mode Toggle 
Command controls the servo driver rather than the Pump Controller or Active Function block. 

 

The Adjust Mode works optimally with Main Pumps off and Pilot Pumps pressurized.  Adjust 
mode is set by pressing the Adjust mode Command button from the Analog IO Configuration 
Form.  Adjust mode is indicated by a System Message. 

 

The Adjust Mode Toggle Command will alternately command neutral, full positive and full 
negative current to the driver. Initially, the output toggle is at the neutral (zero) current 
position. 

 

The Adjustment toggle command is monitored from the PC interface.  The Analog I/O 
Configuration Form has a toggle command button.  The display and bar graph indicator will 
show the value of the toggle.
