3.3.8 Replacing the Hinges.
• Remove the lid.
• Loosen the screws on the bottom side of the lid.
• Re-assemble the lid in reverse order.
• Make sure the lid rests on the lid gasket straight and continuous.
Tighten the fastening screws firmly after the adjustment.
3.3.9 Replacing the motor resp. the motor rubber bearings
• Remove the rubber motor covering.
• Therefore remove the front housing as described in chapter 3.3.1.
• Remove the connection cables to the motor on the control board and the frequency converter.
1) Motor temperature (on the frequency converter)
2) Current supply motor (on the frequency converter
U2 = blue
V2 = brown
W2 = black
3.) Speed- and imbalance sensor (on the control board)
• Remove the ground cable
