3.1. Alarm
This function allows you to set the alarm to ring at the time specified. The
alarm clock works even when the phone is switched off.
1. In the menu, choose
Alarm Clock
and press
OK
.
2. Press
Edit
to set alarm time.
3. To set the alarm, directly input the hours and minutes via numeric
keys, using either 12-hour or 24-hour time format. You can
change the time format from 24-hour to 12-hour in Time Format
under Date And Time submenu of Settings menu.
4. Choose Once/ Mon-Fri/ Mon-Sat/ Everyday in Repeat option for
your ring mode, and press Done.
5. In Audio Tone option, you may customize the alarm tone from
Audio selections provided or from an FM Radio channel. Press
the navigation left/right keys to switch between
Audio/ Radio
options.
3.2. Calendar
This feature allows you to keep track of your schedule and tasks saved in
t h e calendar. You can also switch o n t h e alarm with the task for
reminding.
To make a note and reminder in
Calendar
for the first time:
1. In
Organizer
menu, choose
Calendar.
2. Use the navigation left/right/up/down keys to select a day in the
calendar.
3. Select
Options
, choose
Add Task
and press
OK
to start editing
your new task.
4. Input the start and end time of your task, and describe the task
contents in
Note
.
5. In
Note
, you can use templates stored in
Options
by selecting
Edit
.
6. After you finish editing the contents of your task, select
Options
and
Save
to save your note.
7. Choose
Reminder
to turn on or off.
8. Choose Once/ Everyday/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly in Repeat.
9. Press
Done
to save the task.
Your phone provides the following selections for your option:

Add Task:
To add a new task in a specified date.

View:
To view the task stored in a specified date.
•
Jump To Date:
To jump to a specific date.
•
Delete Task:
To delete a specific task, multiple tasks or all tasks.
•
Mark:
Allows you to mark multiple/ all task to delete.

To send the task by

or save it

To quick jump to a specific date you desire, you may:
1. In
Organizer
menu, choose
Calendar
and press
OK
.
2. Press
Options

Jump To Date
and press
OK
.
3. Press

, and use the navigation up/down/left/right keys to quick
jump to the date you wish.
