UNPACKING THE SET
CAUTION: EQUIPMENT STABILITY IS ENSURED UP TO AN
ANGLE OF 10°.
Minimum: 3 packages
- 1 package for the cooling unit package
- 1 package for the payout device with its harness
- 1 package for the torch
Remove the cardboard box covering the welding-set. Remove the
power source from its wooden mounting base using slings (deliv-
ered with the accessories) after fitted them on the top of welding
set. Mount the lifting eyebolts.
CAUTION: LIFT ONLY WITH LIFTING EQUIPMENT.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS TO THE MAINS

The CITOMAG is delivered:
- with the primary cable connected to the power-source
- coupling 400 V three-phases
The accepted mains frequencies are:
- 50 and 60 Hz
If your electric network corresponds to the plant coupling, you only
have to connect a "three-phase + ground" plug to the end of the
power supply cable.If your electric network corresponds to anoth-
er power supply voltage, it is necessary to change the coupling in-
side the power source.
To do this:
- turn the welding set OFF
- remove the left panel of the power-source by taking out the
screws holding it.
- adapt the coupling to the voltage of the electric supply used,
according to information provided in the power-source.
- fit the side panel back on, replacing all the fastening screws.
