3.3.a - CONTR OL OF A CORRECT ELECTRICAL
CONNECTION (FIG. 5)
For the connection 400 V three phase, it is necessary to
check if the engine rotation is r ight, to do this proceed
as follows:
• Turn the cut-out switch placed on the upper machine
side to “ON”.
• Press the main switch (1) “Position I”, it lights up.
• Press the key “ON/OFF” (2).
• Lower the top (3), k eep it lowered and at the same
time press the push-button (4).
• If the connection is correct, a lo wer dish (5) lifting
occurs.
• Is the connection not correct, a lowering of the dish
(5) occurs, the safety microswitch stops the machine,
“AL5” appears on the display, therefore, the machine
shall be disconnected by turning the switch (1) to “0”
and the s witch placed on the upper machine side
shall be disabled.
DANGER
Before making an y c hange in the electrical
connection, make sure that the DISCONNECTING
SWITCH is disconnected (line not energized), then:
two of the three phases on the cutout switch shall be
inverterted, then, make sure the functioning is correct.
3.3.b - UNIPOTENTIAL CONNECTION (Fig. 5)
The machine is provided with a screw (7) for unipotential
connection.
To mak e the connection, unscre w the scre w nut (7),
connect the cab le of the unipotential net to the scre w
and tighten the nut again.
3.4 - FIRST START (Fig. 5)
Start the machine as indicated in the paragraph “Machine
Functioning” and make sure all units properly function.
