Installing the IN 4/IN 8 input module

Connecting the ribbon cable connector

► Please disconnect the unit from the mains before opening the cover
► Push in the ribbon cable connector until the locking pin clicks into the locking lever.

Removing the ribbon cable connector

1. Carefully bend the locking lever 2 mm to the back.
2. Grip the ribbon cable connector on the side and pull it upward. Do not pull out the

connector with the cable.
