The ATB1 is approved for use in the USA under CFR47 part 95K,

10.2 Canada

The ATB1 is approved for use in Canada with AIS only under RSS287.

10.3 European Declaration of Conformity

Hereby, Ocean Signal Ltd. declares that the radio equipment type ATB1 is in compliance

with Directive 2014/53/EU.
