3.1 IMPORTANT NOTE TO DEALERS
If you are a dealer configuring a unit for a customer you should always create an account
on behalf of the end user using their email details and a password that you will pass on to
them.
Creating an account allows the end user to access the unit by WiFi easily from their own
mobile devices. If no account is created the end user will have to set the unit into configura-
tion mode and use the “New WiFi Configuration” link to be able to access stored details.

Account details are stored on a GDPR secure server and account holders will
only be contacted by Ocean Signal in the event of important update informa-
tion. Unless expressly accepted no marketing information will be sent via
this database and the information entered will not be passed to any third
party companies.
