Specifies the default ink to be used in all subsequent
parameters that do not explicitly select an ink.
The inkref may be entered as ink name or as numeric
ink index using an inklist contained by an IDR which
is referenced by an IDR parameter in the same OUT-
PUT command.
Only a reference to a primary colour is allowed.
For restricted implementation of IDR see IDR com-
mand parameters.
