1. Where can I find the option to change the language?

Printer operator panel:
- Press On-line button to put the printer Off-line
- Use the menu: Configuration > Language: required language
- Press the Next/Select again to confirm your choice
- Press On-line button to put the printer On-line
- Turn the printer ‘off’ and ‘on’ again
Scanner operator panel
- Use the lower-left softkey in the home window
- To return to the home window first:
- Close any detail settings (lower-right softkey)
- Click Home (upper-left softkey)
- You can define which 2 languages are available on the panel,
using the Setting Editor on the PLC:
View KO Settings > System > Regional settings
PLC applications:
- Select: View > Language: required language
- On the local PLC, you can choose between 2 languages

2. How can I see the size of the loaded paper rolls?
On the scanner operator panel, select Copy (upper-left softkey)
- Open a Copy template
- Open the Media option
- Use the scroll button to see the loaded paper rolls
On the printer operator panel:
- Press On-line button to put the printer Off-line
- Use the menu: Media settings > Roll1/2 > Width/Material
The information is shown on the display
- Press On-line button to put the printer On-line
On the PLC application ‘System Control panel’
When Media button selected: Loaded paper rolls are displayed
