Exercise 11
Create a template for scan-to-file (Optional)
•
Open the Setting Editor, and login as Key Operator
•
Select View KO Settings > Jobs > Scan-to-file
•
Open the folder ‘Template 5’
•
Select Template Description, and change the Template name into
‘Scan to file’. Click Apply.
•
Select Top 5 settings, and include scanning options that are likely to
change frequently.
For example:
- File Type
- Destination
- Resolution
- Check Print
- Original Width
Click Apply
•
Select Check Print = On
Click Apply
•
Check the result
