Introduction
Copy the breaker test checklist sheet and use the copy to record entries. After recording
entries, store the checklist sheet in a safe place next to the product.

Perform the test of the breaker once
or twice a month. Periodic breaker test. 1
Fill in the date of the test and the
name of the person performing it.
Put a check in the "OK" column if
the test results are normal. If test re-
sults are not normal, put a check in
the "NG" column and contact your
