Select the booklet size.

Specify  the  binding  position.   The  binding  position  you  specify  varies 

depending  on  the  printing  orientation  specified  in “Orientation”  in  the 
“Paper” tab.  When the vertical orientation is selected, “Left” or “Right” 
can  be  specified  for  the  binding  position,  and  when  the  horizontal  is 
selected, “Upper” or “Lower” can be specified.
