Touch [Account Name].
– The screen that appears differs depending on the Administrator mode
settings that have been specified.

Using the control panel keypad or the keyboard that appears in the
touch panel, type in the account name, and then touch [OK].
– Touch [Shift] to change the characters that are displayed.
– To change a character in the entered text, touch [
←
] and [
→
] to move the
cursor to the character to be changed, touch [Delete], and then type in
the desired letter or number.
– To clear all entered text, press the [C] (clear) key.
– To revert to the previously entered text, touch [Undo].
