: This feature displays a small picture in a full screen.
PIP 1x2
: This feature displays two small pictures in a full screen.
VGA/BNC Switch
: Click to switch the video output of the DVR from VGA to BNC or BNC to VGA.
7.1.2 Menu options
To modify/adjust system configuration, click the
System Settings
icon on the Tool Menu.
Clicking the System Settings icon opens a window with 6 tabs: System, Record, Video, Network, Alarm, and PTZ. These tabs provide
general system settings for operating your DVR.

Titles of the menu list items are located on the left, and the corresponding changeable or non-changeable values are represented in
the fields to the right. You can:
•
Select the values from the list (toggling the preset data by pressing the arrows on the side of the field);
•
Select the values from the drop-down list (open the drop-down list by clicking the down arrows on the side of the field);
•
Input the required data after entering a customized window by pressing the [>>] button in some of the fields;
•
Familiarize yourself with the existing non-changeable settings.
When entering data into the fields using the remote control directional keys or the DVR front panel, and when positioning the
mouse over them, a short description of the setting will appear at the bottom of the window.
Several tabs have options that are spread across more than one window. You can move from window to window by pressing the
“
>>
” button.
