Khi quyết định di chuyển một bơm đã được lắp đặt, cần đảm bảo bơm được ngắt khỏi nguồn điện.

Before carrying out any service on the item, check:

Trước khi thực hiện bất cứ công việc nào, cần kiềm tra:

1. Disconnect the pump from power by means of a two poles switch with 3 mm minimum distance

between the contacts, or removal of any plug or cable connector.

Ngắt bơm khỏi nguồn điện bằng một công tắc 2 cực với khoảng cách tối thiểu 3 mm giữa những

công tắc hay di chuyển bất cứ ổ cắm hay hộp đấu cáp.

2. Relieve all the pressure from the pump head and injection tube.

Giảm tải tất cả áp suất khỏi đầu bơm và ống phun.

3. Drain or flush all dosing liquid from the pump head. This operation can also be done with the

pump disconnected from the plant by turning the pump upside-down for 15 to 30 seconds and

without connecting the tubing to the nipples: if this operation is not possible, dismount and

remount the pump head using the four mounting screws.

Xối nước làm sạch tất cả hóa chất định lượng khỏi đầu bơm. Hoạt động này có thể được làm khi

bơm được ngắt khỏi hệ thống bằng việc đảo lộn trong 15-30 giây và không kết nối ống đến miếng

In event of possible losses in the hydraulic system of the pump (breakage of the "O" ring gasket, the

valves or the hoses) the pump should immediately be brought to a stop, emptying and depressuriz- ing

the delivery hose while taking all due safety precautions (gloves, goggles, overalls, etc.).

Nếu bị hao hụt trong hệ thống hơi nước của bơm ( đứt gãy miếng đệm vòng chống thấm, van hay

ống mềm), ngay lập tức nên ngừng bơm, giảm áp ống phân phối trong khi thực hiện tất cả những

biện pháp phòng ngừa an toàn ( gang tay, áo bảo hộ…)
