How to operate when dosing sulphuric acid 

Cách vận hành khi định lượng Axit

In this case it is essential to bear in mind the following: 

Trong trường hợp này cần ghi nhớ những điều dưới đây:  

1. replace PVC crystal suction hose with polyethylene discharge hose; 

Thay thế ống hút tinh thể PVC với ống thải nhựa polyethil.  

2. empty any residual water from the pump head beforehand. If the water mixes with sulphuric acid  it 

can produce a large quantity of gas with consequent overheating of the area causing damage to valves 

and pump head. 

Thoát lượng nước dư khỏi đầu bơm trước. Nếu nước trộn lẫn với axit sunfuric có thể tạo ra lượng 

lớn khí ga làm khu vực hoạt động quá nóng, dẫn đến hỏng van và đầu bơm.  

This operation can also be done with the pump disconnected from the plant by turning the pump 

upside-down  for 15 to 30  seconds and  without connecting the hose  to the nipples; if  impossible, 

dismount and remount the pump head using the four mounting screws. 

Hoạt động này cũng có thể được thực hiện với bơm ngắt khỏi hệ thống bằng việc đảo lộn 15-30 giây 

và không nối ống mềm với miệng nối; nếu có thế, tháo dỡ đầu bơm bằng việc sử dụng 4 đinh vít lắp 

ráp.

Proceed as follows before dismantling the pump or before performing any other operation on it: 

Tiến hành như sau trước khi tháo dỡ bơm hay trước khi thực hiện nhữn việc vận hành khác:  

1. Disconnect the pump from the mains. 

Ngắt bơm khỏi nguồn điện chính

 

2. Relieve all the pressure from the pump head and injection tube.  

Giảm tải tất cả áp suất khỏi đầu bơm và ống phun
