Before Use
Before the hair dryer is used for the first time, read through the instruction
manual carefully and save it for later.
Use
Towel dry the hair and brush it thoroughly so all loose hair is removed before
using the hair dryer. Plug in the appliance and choose the desired setting/
heating with the switch on the handle of the hair dryer. The hair dryer has 2
speed/heat settings. Switch off the hair dryer by pushing the switch to 0.
Cool function
By activating the cool function, (keep the round button placed above the
temperature switch pressed) you cool down the hair which gives you a longer
lasting styling. Release the button to shut off the function. When the cool
function is activated the speed (air flow) might increase some.
Concentrator
The concentrator spout concentrates the air current, when a hair style should
be formed, e.g. with a round brush. The concentrator spout is mounted with
a light pressure, and is twisted off after use. If the hair should be dried fast,
remove the spout and choose a high temperature setting and high airflow.
Hanging loop
This hair dryer has a hanging loop on the cord which makes it easy to store
after use.
Overheating
The hair dryer is protected against overheating, caused by e.g. a covered or
blocked air intake or it the exhaust is blocked. In the event of overheating the
hair dryer will stop automatically. If this happens, switch off the hair dryer, let it
cool off, and the hair dryer will be ready again after a short while.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Always unplug the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning.
• Clean the air intake regularly. As an advantage a small, soft brush can be
used to remove dust and hair, or clean the air intake with a vacuum cleaner,
while the hair dryer is switched off.
• The surface is wiped with a soft, slightly wet cloth.
• The appliance should not be immersed in water or other liquids.
Disposal of the appliance
Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be
collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment
marked with the symbol indicating separate collection of such
equipment must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.
