DIRECTIONS FOR USE
TABLE EXTENDER
Lengthens the table allowing for access to the patient’s neck for carotid
artery exams and thyroid exams.
NOTE:
You will need
an accessory mounting
plate in order to use the
table extender.
1. Locate Accessory
Mounting Plate.
2. Insert Table Extender
tubes into Accessory
Mounting Plate
PAPER HOLDER USE
To load the paper, pull down on
two paper holder support arms
located on the under side of Fowler.
Rotate to 90º position.
Insert rod through paper roll and place
rod into the holes in the support arms.
Pull paper and thread through the straps
across the upholstered top to keep in place.
Note: The paper “hold down” strap is
attached with Velcro ® . This allows strap
tension adjustment if necessary.
