Record - Configuring PVR Partitions

PVR Configure
When using an HDD (external hard drive) to record programs, in
most cases you can choose from several partitions available to record
onto. The set top box will allow you to choose different partitions for
recording purposes.
To navigate to the PVR settings, press the Menu button (
Ref.10
),
then navigate to the USB section using the left and right buttons
(
Ref.12

). Scroll down to ‘Multimedia’ and press OK to select
( Ref.13 ). On the Multimedia screen, scroll across to ‘PVR’ and press
OK to confirm (

). Use the up or down arrows (

) to
choose the partition you want to use, and press OK ( Ref.13 ) to save
your choice. Recorded program files will be saved in a folder called
‘OakcastleRecordings’.
Warning - using a USB stick/MP3 player to record programs
It is strongly recommended that you do not attempt to record any TV
program to a USB stick. Due to the wide variety of types of USB sticks
available on the market, there is no guarantee that your USB stick will
not be damaged from attempting to record onto it.
