15.1 Overview of differences between the TJA1055 and the TJA1054A
[1]
The ESD performance of pins CANH, CANL, RTH and RTL, with respect to GND, was verified by an external test house in accordance
with IEC-61000-4-2 (C = 150 pF, R = 330
). The results were equal to, or better than,
6 kV for TJA1055 and equal to, or better than,
1.5 kV for TJA1054A.
