7.  Troubleshooting 

7.1  Cannot authenticate in immobilizer mode 

Common checklist for all transponders 

Check the correct transponder type. Compare the type printed on the tag with the se-
lected tag from the

Check the correct physical position and distance to the antenna. The tag should be 
placed in parallel on the antenna. The distance should not exceed more than 5 cm.
