External Reference Stop Enable
Controls whether or not the external reference clock (OSCERCLK) remains enabled when MCU enters
Stop mode.

External reference clock is disabled in Stop mode.

External reference clock stays enabled in Stop mode if ERCLKEN is set before entering Stop mode.
