OPERATION
6. When the machine starts working, the indicator lights up the red light,
and when the temperature reaches the set point, the blue light lights
up.
7. Cook your food. Press the start key one time to begin heating and
circulating the water, put the food into the container after the water
temperature is reached.
8. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, you will
hear "DDD” each three seconds. It is time to put the food into the
container.
9. When you finish cooking. The time reaches the set time, you will hear
"DDD” as well each three seconds. You may then remove the food
from final finishing.
10. Turn off the device. Device should be turned off when cooking is
finished and when it is not in use. Just press the power button for
three seconds.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The Sous Vide do not turn on.
Solution:
Make sure that the machine is properly plugged into a grounded outlet.
Make sure the power button is on. The Led display screen shows the
information. Check the power cord to see if it is damaged. If the power
cord is damaged, do not use the machine.
2. The Sous Vide is constantly making a
beeping sound.
Solution:
The alarm will go off when the water level
drops below the MIN requirement for operation.
Make sure that the water level is between the
MIN and MAX as indicated on the device.
Keep the right water level and restart the machine.

CLEANING
With frequently used, descaling the Sous Vide should be done
periodically, especially in regions with hard water supplies.
1. Put the device in a pot and fill the pot with water to the "Max" level
indicated on device.
2. Set the device temperature to 70°C/158°F.
3. Add 5g of citric acid powder (Food grade) per liter of water used.
4. Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after 70°C/158°F is reached.
5. Turn off and unplug the device.
6. When the device is cool, rinse its bottom in the cold water.
7. Dry it completely before storage.
Heating starts when the RED light is on.
When temperature reaches to the desired
cook temperature, the light turns BLUE
and countdown starts.
