Fitting Brush - Floor Tool, Filling machine, Fill Gauge, Moving...

Fitting the brush...

The machine uses a 400mm brush or a 

360mm pad drive.

Filling tank...

Fill the clean water tank to a maximum 

of 18 litres including chemical if required.

Fill gauge...

Fitted to the clean water inlet is a red 

plastic fill gauge, this rises as the tank 

fills.

Moving when full...

When the clean water tank is full the machine 

can be tilted to a maximum of 45

 without 

spillage.

Take care to make sure that contaminants (leaves, hair, dirt, etc.) are not allowed to enter the clean water tank.

Fitting the Floor Tool...

Make sure the inspection cap is in place on the 

fluid pipe.

Swing the floor-tool carrier to the side of the 

machine. 

Secure to the carrier using the two knobs fitted 

to the floor-tool carrier
Do not over tighten the retaining knobs.

Fit the brush pad onto the Nulock drive 

and twist to lock in place.

Saftey Gloves are recommended for 

changing used brushes.

Remove the filler cap and fill using a hose, 

bucket or suitable container.
