13 Technical Data
The mains adapter included in the delivery and the breast pump form a medical electrical
system in accordance with EN 60601-1. All devices in the ME system comply with the
requirements of EN 60601-1 or EN 60950-1.
Pump making
strange noises
Lip valve unable to cope with
milk flow volume
Reduce suction strength (see "Setting the
suction strength" on page 31). If you have
a high milk flow volume, a low suction
strength will be perfectly adequate to
achieve good results.
Check whether the breast milk level has
already reached the lip valve. If so,
replace the breast milk container with an
empty one.
Milk has entered the tube
Immediately switch off the pump unit and
clean the tube and the filter (see
“5.3 Special cleaning of tube and filter“
on page 29).

adequately charged.
