Raspberry-Lemon Smoothie
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pour milk and vanilla into sippy cup. Add raspberries and yogurt.
Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of the sippy cup.
Turn the sippy cup upside down and place it in the base, lining up
the arrows on the blade assembly with the arrows on the base.
Blend 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
Replace the blade assembly with the drinking lid.
FOR UP TO 1 SERVING
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup lemon yogurt
Berry Morning Medley Smoothie
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
(no strawberries)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Pour milk and vanilla into sippy cup. Add oats, berries, yogurt, and sugar.
Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of the sippy cup.
Turn the sippy cup upside down and place it in the base, lining up the
arrows on the blade assembly with the arrows on the base.
Blend 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
Replace the blade assembly with the drinking lid.
