To make sure that your

DoorTalk device was successfully registered to

the SIP Server, press the

Button (not the DoorTalk App Call Button)

If you hear the voice prompt “

Unavailable

”, you may now proceed to

If the DoorTalk device has no response, you may

have entered the wrong SIP Account details.
