PRACTICE BEFORE YOU START
Place the Unit on a flat table and switch the dial to down position (tube). Before you
thread the yarn in the unit, turn the handle clockwise. This will familiarize you with
how to turn the handle.
UNWRAP THE YARN
It is recommended to roll each skein into a ball of yarn.
Decide whether you want to knit tubes or flat panels. For tubes, put the switch
in the down position. For flat panels, put the switch in the up position.

HOW TO THREAD THE MACHINE FOR MAKING TUBES
1. Be sure the top, removable handle is not attached to the machine (See diagram A).
2. Feed the end of the yarn through the center of the machine (See diagram B).
3. Hook the yarn onto the first raised hook to the immediate right of the feeder (See diagram C).
4. Slowly turn the handle clockwise and thread the yarn onto every other hook as it rises,
passing it front and back until a rotation has been completed. Be sure to hook the yarn
through the first needle you threaded for a complete turn (See diagram D).
