When powering a DC system ON, follow this order to 
protect the Charge Controller:

Power Controller to Spidar Connections 

To access the connection panel, locate it along the base of the Spidar and unscrew the four Allen screws, 
using a 3mm Allen Screwdriver. This will release the cover and allow you to lower it, exposing the 
connections underneath.
