3.4. Event
The DVR has the ability to detect various event types. Depending on settings, various actions may be
taken as a result.
3.4.1. Motion detection
Highlight Motion Detection in the Event menu and press button. The Motion Detection setup
screen appears:
This DVR has built-in video motion detection.
NO. column check boxes activate/deactivate motion
detection function for a desired channel.
SENSITIVITY sets the motion detection sensitivity. Level 1 is the minimum sensitivity, level 5 is the
maximum value. Sensitivity is defined separately for day and night operating modes.
Highlighting the box under the MIN. BLOCKS heading and pressing the
button allows you to adjust
the minimum number of detection blocks for Daytime and Nighttime independently. Smaller numbers
provide greater sensitivity because fewer detection blocks must be activated.
After selecting the box under the ZONE VIEW, rectangles will appear in motion zones.
