STARTING THE DEVICE
NOTE: a mouse with USB interface can be used for recorder’s control and setting. All the details can
be found in the following chapters of the manual.
1.
CAMERA BUTTONS
Pressing individual camera buttons will cause the selected
camera to display full screen, and pressing the button again
toggles between different display formats. Buttons 1 to 4 are also
used to enter passwords. In the PTZ mode, pressing the button 1
zooms in the screen and the button 2 zooms out the screen, and
pressing the button 3 focuses near and button 4 focuses far.

HDD LED
Flashing LED indicates that the HDD is either in recording or
playback mode.

ALARM LED
Solid light when alarm has been triggered and / or internal
buzzer is active.
4. ARROW BUTTONS
These buttons are used to navigate through menus and GUI. You
can also use them to change numbers by highlighting a number in
the menu and using the Up and Down arrow buttons to increase or
decrease the number’s value.
Used for navigating through OSD menu, and changing parameter
values with and buttons. In
PTZ
mode navigation buttons
are used for speed dome cameras control.
In DISPLAY mode pressing fast playback butons
buttons speeds up the playback, with the speed indicated by
icons visible on the screen.

PLAY / PAUSE
Press the
PLAY/PAUSE button to play stored images at
normal speed.
Pressing

mode pauses the video.
